Craig Smith Elected to Mid-South Commercial Law Institute Board

Attorney Craig Smith has been elected by the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute to serve as board member through 2021.
Joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Smith presently oversees its Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, directing various strategic initiatives designed to deliver comprehensive service to clients seeking practical and proactive solutions for their various insolvency, restructuring and creditors’ rights concerns. Mr. Smith helps clients navigate issues arising out of reorganization and liquidation bankruptcy cases, state and federal court commercial litigation, and out-of-court restructurings and enforcement of remedies. He has represented clients in loan restructurings, workouts and other default scenarios throughout the country, guiding them through any resulting commercial or bankruptcy-related litigation or other insolvency procedures.
For more than 30 years, Mid-South Commercial Law Institute has conducted annual CLE seminars on commercial and bankruptcy law, held in Nashville.
