Miller & Martin Represents Chattem, Inc. in the Sale of Bull Frog®

On February 7, 2013, Chattem, Inc. completed the sale of its long-time sunblock line Bull Frog® to Sun & Skin Care Research in Cocoa, Florida. Bull Frog was launched in California in 1985, and Chattem bought it shortly thereafter from its inventor. Chattem developed the Bull Frog® line of sunblock products into one of its better known brands before deciding to exit the sunblock category. The Miller & Martin transaction team included Hugh Sharber and Doug Johnson.
