Jared practices in the areas of business litigation, with a special focus on tort and intellectual property cases. He values client interaction and communication, and applies out-of-the-box thinking and a client-tailored approach to help clients achieve their ultimate goals. He believes that understanding the challenges in a global society and interconnected space makes for better representation.
He has represented clients in a wide range of areas, including breach of contract, trade secret disputes, insurance coverage and defense and products liability litigation. He also has experience representing various healthcare professionals in matters involving medical malpractice and other healthcare litigation matters. Jared divided his law school studies between Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and the University of Miami School of Law in Miami, Florida.
