Join us for an evening at the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival, hosted by the DeFoor Brothers. We’re thrilled to invite you to the Welcome Party and Auction Preview, co-sponsored by Miller & Martin on October 11. As our guest, you’ll have access to a special hospitality area hosted by Miller & Martin, where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and refreshments starting at 6:30 at the Chattanooga Convention Center at 1 Carter Street. Don’t miss this opportunity to mingle with fellow motorcar enthusiasts and get a sneak peek at the auction items.
Welcome Party Festivities:
- 6:30 p.m. (Optional) - Welcome Party opens for socializing at West Village in front of the Westin (801 Pine Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402) and walking parade will depart for the Chattanooga Convention Center
- 6:30 p.m. -Welcome Party & Miller & Martin's Hospitality Bar opens for socializing and browsing the auto show at the Chattanooga Convention Center. Visit Miller & Martin's hospitality area for complimentary drinks and light refreshments.
- 6:45 p.m. - Walking Parade from Westin arrives at Convention Center for the Auction Preview
- 7:45 p.m. - Enjoy celebrity panel discussion on main stage
- 8:15 p.m. - Auction preview on main stage
- 8:30 p.m. - Welcome Party ends & Miller & Martin Hospitality Bar closes

Please RSVP below and pick up your VIP wristband at the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival's Will Call desk at the Chattanooga Convention Center anytime between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to access Miller & Martin's hospitality area.
- The "Miller & Martin Will Call " desk will be located in the Convention Center hallway just before entering the auto auction showroom.
- Miller & Martin's Hospitality area will be located along the left wall inside the auto showroom.
