Attorney Destiney Randolph Joins Miller & Martin in Atlanta Office

Miller & Martin PLLC is pleased to announce Georgia attorney Destiney Randolph has joined the firm as an associate in the Atlanta office. The firm also added Tennessee attorney Alexis Crutchfield as an associate in the Chattanooga office.

Destiney Randolph concentrates her practice in the firm’s Litigation department. She has experience in several practice areas, including Business Litigation, Labor & Employment, Real Estate, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Miller & Martin permanently, Ms. Randolph spent two summers with the firm as a Summer Associate, working on topics ranging from compliance with the federal Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS) to wrongful termination allegations involving violation of the Age Discrimination Employment Act.

Ms. Randolph holds a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was a member of the university’s Black Law Students Association, the Women Law Student’s Association and the International Law Society. She was also a member of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, a prominent student-edited publication that is one of the world’s most widely cited legal journals devoted to current and emerging issues of comparative and international law. She earned an undergraduate degree in History from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Ms. Randolph is a member of Miller & Martin’s Women’s Network, a network of attorneys within the firm focused on initiatives that support and elevate women in the legal profession and the communities they serve.
