Miller & Martin Labor & Employment attorney Scott Simmons will present a session titled "Select, Assemble and Maximize Your Team of Specialists" as part of SHRM Tennessee State Council’s full-day 2024 HR Business Leadership & Strategy Conference on February 9, 2024 in Franklin, Tenn. 

The conference aims to assist human resources professionals in strengthening business acumen and learning how HR leadership works with other functional areas to help their organizations meet goals. Conference presenters will discuss business development, finance, technology, operations, and processes and how they align to increase efficiency, reduce costs and build competitive advantage.  

The full-day program will apply for 7 hours of SHRM PDCs and HRCI Business Management (Strategic) recertification credits.
