Attorney Xander Assadnia Joins Miller & Martin as Litigation Associate

Miller & Martin PLLC announces attorney Xander Assadnia has joined the firm’s Chattanooga office as a litigation associate.

Assadnia focuses his practice on general business litigation, product liability and appellate matters, representing clients in state and federal courts. His experience includes serving clients in all phases of disputes, from responding to demand letters to motions practice, discovery, and post-judgment appeals.

Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Assadnia gained experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Paul M. Baisier of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia and through a summer clerkship with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office in Nashville. He also served as an intern for the Tennessee District Attorney General’s Office for District 3 in Morristown and Tennessee Chancery Court Third Judicial District Chancellor Douglas T. Jenkins in Rogersville.

Assadnia holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Executive Board. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic society. A licensed attorney in Tennessee, Assadnia is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
