Attorney Zac Greene Selected for Tennessee Bar's Leadership Law Program

Zachary Greene of Miller & Martin is one of only four Chattanooga-based attorneys selected to participate in the Tennessee Bar Association's 2019 Leadership Law (TBALL) program, which is designed to equip Tennessee lawyers with the vision, knowledge and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities. This year's TBALL class comprises 35 attorneys from across the state who will engage in six months of learning in the areas of leadership in the legal profession, issues in the courts, policymaking in state government and the importance of community service.

Mr. Greene began his legal career nearly 15 years ago at Miller & Martin and is now a Member providing leadership on the firm's Policy Committee and as chair of its Crisis Management Group. As a litigation attorney, he provides counsel to individuals and corporate clients in business disputes and white collar criminal matters. His civil practice is focused on complex business litigation, frequently representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, negligence, fraud, unfair competition, securities and government relations. He also represents public entitites in constitutional litigation. Mr. Greene's white collar experience includes civil and criminal investigations and enforcement actions involving such issues as fraud, healthcare, immigration, public corruption, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, environmental regulation and antitrust.
