Eileen Rumfelt Appointed to Board of Directors for Women in Technology (WIT)

Miller & Martin is pleased to announce that Eileen Hintz Rumfelt, Member and Vice-Chair of the Litigation Department, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Women in Technology (WIT). Ms. Rumfelt has been involved in WIT over the past couple of years and has held leadership positions. She has served as a Judge for the Women of the Year Awards and selected the award in Educational/Non-Profit Category in 2019, and in 2018 she served on the WIT Connect Sponsorship Committee.

Ms. Rumfelt concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation with a special focus on intellectual property litigation and white-collar crime and corporate investigations. She regularly advises her colleagues and clients on the management of eDiscovery issues in commercial litigation. Ms. Rumfelt represents both large and small national, regional and international companies in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer products, banking and insurance. Her intellectual property practice spans a wide range of disputes, including trademark and trade dress infringement, trademark dilution, patent infringement, false advertising and unfair competition. Ms. Rumfelt has practiced in federal and state courts across the country, before the Federal Circuit, and in the International Trade Commission.
