Miller & Martin attorney Ellis Lord is one of only 37 attorneys across the state of Tennessee to have been selected to participate in a six-month leadership training program. Now in its 12th year, the TBA Leadership Law Class has established a six-month curriculum for lawyers who demonstrate the capabilities and interest in serving in leadership roles within their profession and communities, providing them with the vision and knowledge to strengthen their individual skills. Beginning in January, participants will attend training sessions aimed at learning about leadership, issues affecting our court system, policy-making in state government and the value of community service.
