Miller & Martin attorneys represented Prime Window Systems, LLC in its recent purchase of Atrium Corporation's Western Division of window and door facilities located in Denver, Colorado and Yakima, Washington. The Denver operation focuses on serving new single-family and multi-family construction customers, while the Yakima operation offers a full suite of window and door products serving the Pacific Northwest. Hugh Sharber and April Holland were the lead attorneys representing Prime Window Systems in the transaction.
