For those of you who may not have noticed change itself has become a trend as quickly as social media. The Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology asked its members for the top 10 workplace trends for 2017 and unsurprisingly the topic of change was a part of almost every response. Change regarding working hours, working location, the makeup of the workforce, employee health and wellness, the way people are evaluated and the way decisions are made. Change is here and the world has to address it.
Change is constant and seems to be quicker and more dramatic. Or maybe, employers are finally realizing it’s happening.
Surviving for 150 years as a law firm clearly indicates that change simply has not been ignored. One of the reasons our firm has survived 150 years is the ability to change and adapt; not only for our own survival, but also for the survival of our clients.
