Laura Ketcham Joins Miller & Martin's Commercial Department

The firm is pleased to welcome the addition of its newest member, Ms. Laura F. Ketcham.

Ms. Ketcham is a member of the firm's Commercial Department, focusing her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights, commercial finance and providing general business counsel. She has represented various stakeholders in commercial bankruptcy cases across the country. She also has represented parties in a variety of financial transactions, loan workouts, foreclosures, actions asserting the breach of loan documents and distressed asset sales.

Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Ms. Ketcham was a partner with Husch Blackwell LLP, where she worked with clients across many industries. She graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, and then earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Ms. Ketcham is involved in numerous professional organizations including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Chattanooga Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Section, the Tennessee Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Section Executive Counsel and the Federal Bar Association. She also is active in civic and charitable groups, serving on the Board of Directors for Chattanooga Friends and Junior League of Chattanooga and on the American Heart Association's Circle of Red.
