Miller & Martin Represented GSM Holdings, Inc. in its Acquisition of Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits, Inc.

Miller & Martin represented GSM Holdings, Inc. (“GSM”), a Gridiron Capital portfolio company, in the acquisition of Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits, Inc.  Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits is a well-known brand in the fishing lure industry.  GSM has traditionally been a developer, manufacturer, marketer, and seller of branded hunting and sports shooting products in the outdoor industry.  This acquisition is GSM’s entry into the fishing segment of the outdoor industry.   

The Miller & Martin team led by Mark Degler included Jonathan Edwards, John David Lind, Scott Parrish, Stephen Kabakoff, Evan Allison, Clay Walts, Brad Harvey, Scott Simmons, Chris Crevasse, Lynsey Barron, Brian Humphrey and Ansley Moses.
