Miller & Martin represented Independent Benefits Advisors (IBA), an independent insurance brokerage/consulting firm located in North Carolina, in forming its partnership with Acentria Insurance, an independent insurance agency located in Florida.  To better serve their clients, the partnership provides access to more products, resources and expertise, in addition to other capabilities.  Generational Equity, a leading M&A advisory firm, also advised IBA in the partnership.
