Miller & Martin Welcomes Saba Daneshvar to its Intellectual Property Group

Miller & Martin recently welcomed attorney Saba Daneshvar to the Intellectual Property group, where he is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Mr. Daneshvar focuses his practice on various aspects of intellectual property law, including patent litigation and prosecution, trademark prosecution, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  He has worked as a patent examiner extern at the USPTO.  He was an associate at a large international IP law firm for many years, where his practice primarily revolved around patent prosecution and litigation of mechanical technologies, medical devices, and consumer products.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Daneshvar worked in various sectors of the engineering industry.  Using his technical background in civil engineering, he has helped many companies with projects relating to the design and construction of liquified natural gas plants, residential homes, and G.D.O.T.-certified roadways and bridges. 

Mr. Daneshvar holds a law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, a graduate degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
