These close friends, dynamic individuals and nationally recognized professionals regularly speak about their passion for building meaningful relationships between black and white citizens. "We continue to experience sobering reminders that strained race relations plague this country," said James Haley, Miller & Martin chairman. "We are pleased to play a role in the conversation as to how this national problem can be improved by courageous outreach efforts at the local level."

Franklin McCallie, garnering national attention for his in-home, interracial gatherings and founder of Chattanooga Connected, and Dr. Linda Wiley, accomplished speaker, author and business leader, specializes in diversity and inclusion and relationship management.
