Jessica Malloy-Thorpe Joins Miller & Martin

Attorney Jessica Malloy-Thorpe has joined Miller & Martin PLLC. Malloy-Thorpe practices in the area of business litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment litigation matters. She is experienced in employment dispute mediation.

She earned undergraduate degrees in Business Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida, where she was a National Merit Scholar. Malloy-Thorpe earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she received the CALI Award for best exam in Torts. She was also recognized for her commitment to pro bono service, providing legal assistance to indigent defendants in the District of Columbia Superior Court.

Before joining Miller & Martin, Malloy-Thorpe clerked for the Honorable Susan K. Lee in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and for the Honorable Susan L. Collins in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
