Miller & Martin attorneys will present as part of the program for Associated General Contractors of East Tennessee's Construction Leadership Summit to be held at McLemore Resort on Lookout Mountain, GA March 28-29, 2025. Sponsored by Miller & Martin, Randy Wilson will present a breakout session titled "Construction Law for Subcontractors: Contracts, Lien Law, Retainage and Liquidated Damages" and Scott Simmons will co-present a breakout session titled "Navigating Substance Abuse in the Workplace."
