Miller & Martin Represents EMERGE Commerce Ltd. in the Acquisition of BattlBox, LLC and Its Affiliates

Miller & Martin is representing EMERGE Commerce Ltd. (“EMERGE”) in the acquisition of BattlBox, LLC (“BattlBox”) and its affiliates, namely Carnivore Club, LLC and Carnivore Club Subscription Box Canada Inc. (“Carnivore Club”). EMERGE has signed a definitive agreement to acquire BattlBox and its affiliates. EMERGE is a leading acquirer and operator of direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands. BattlBox is a market-leading survival, outdoor and camping goods subscription business-based in the U.S. and Carnivore Club is a premium artisanal meat subscription business in Canada, with a presence in the U.S. 

Miller & Martin was engaged on the transaction through its World Law Group affiliates at Gowling WLG.
