Miller & Martin represented EMERGE Commerce Ltd. (“EMERGE”) in the acquisition of Retail Store Networks, Inc. d/b/a WholesalePet.com. EMERGE is a diversified acquirer and operator of e-commerce brands. WholesalePet.com is a leading technology-enabled B2B ecommerce marketplace.  As a result of this acquisition, EMERGE will be a profitable market leader in the pet e-commerce space.  

Miller & Martin was engaged on the transaction in connection with its World Law Group affiliates at Gowling WLG.
