Randy Wilson Awarded Prestigious Judge Bill Carter Civility Award by Federal Bar Association Chattanooga Chapter

Miller & Martin litigation attorney Randy Wilson was honored with the Federal Bar Association Chattanooga Chapter’s most prestigious award, the Judge Bill Carter Civility Award, during the Chapter's Annual Meeting on November 15, 2024, which is attended by dozens of attorneys and our federal judges in the Eastern District of Tennessee.  The award recognizes federal court practitioners who do the job the right way:  Well-prepared lawyers who zealously advocate for their clients while being respectful to the Court, opposing parties, and opposing counsel; abide by the highest ethical standards; and advance the profession through personal integrity and mentorship of young lawyers.  

Mr. Wilson joins attorney Roger Dickson as Miller & Martin recipients of this award.
