On Monday, July 1, 2013, The Dixie Group announced that it has acquired Robertex Associates, Inc., a Georgia based manufacturer of wool rugs and carpets. The Dixie Group is a marketer and manufacturer of carpet and rugs to higher-end residential and commercial customers.

The Miller & Martin team that represented The Dixie Group in the transaction was led by Bobby Dann in the Chattanooga office. Other attorneys involved in the matter include Frank Williams, April Holland,  and Ansley Moses.
