    Jeff Clark focuses his practice on buying, selling, leasing and developing commercial real estate. He enjoys analyzing complex business and legal issues while crafting creative solutions that benefit clients. Jeff has a wide variety of experience ranging from the development medical office buildings for the nation’s largest hospital company to the development of supercenters for the nation's largest retailer. 

    For almost 20 years, Jeff has provided counsel to the nation's largest wireless telecommunications company in real estate acquisition and leasing activities throughout the country including a transaction overseeing a team of attorneys and paralegals in the review of over 10,000 lease agreements. He has also assisted a publicly traded company on a transaction involving the acquisition of over 20 large healthcare facilities in multiple states.

  • Experience

    Commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing including:

    • Represented the nation’s largest wireless communications on the development and leasing of network cell sites.
    • Represented the nation’s largest retailer in the development of new supercenters. 
    • Represented the nation’s largest hospital company in the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of entire hospital campuses and individual medical office buildings.
