With the enactment of the 2018 Farm Bill, Tennessee has become a leader in the hemp industry. With the developing regulatory scheme, the cannabis and hemp industries face novel legal and compliance issues. Companies in this expanding market may encounter unique legal needs in their transactions, licensing, transportation, banking, intellectual property, labeling, and employment relationships. Stephanie is a resource for growers, producers, distributers and retailers across the industry as they navigate the legal landscape of the emerging cannabis and hemp industries in both Georgia and Tennessee.
