    Xander Assadnia is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on general business litigation, product liability, and appellate matters. Xander’s experience at the firm has included serving clients in all phases of disputes, from responding to demand letters to motions practice, discovery, and post-judgment appeals.

    Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Xander gained experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Paul M. Baisier of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia and through summer clerkships with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office in Nashville and the Tennessee District Attorney General’s Office for District 3 in Morristown.
