    Devon Griger represents a diverse range of clients in the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. She specializes in resolving disputes related to large construction and infrastructure projects, with a focus on breach of contract, delay, disruption, and construction defect claims.

    Before joining Miller & Martin, Ms. Griger was part of a nationally ranked construction practice, where she gained extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including high-stakes mediation and arbitration. She also worked as a commercial litigation associate at an Am Law 100 firm, managing complex litigation matters from the initial client interview to settlement. She is skilled in various aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and preparing written pleadings, motions, and briefs.

    Ms. Griger earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Tulane University Law School, where she clerked for Judge Lance M. Africk of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
