    Kimberly is an associate in Miller & Martin’s commercial group. She focuses her practice on assisting clients navigate a variety of creditors’ rights and insolvency matters, including workouts, bankruptcies, enforcement actions, and other related business concerns.

    Prior to joining the Firm, Kimberly clerked for the Honorable Paul M. Baisier of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. During law school, Kimberly completed judicial externships with the Honorable Alford J. Dempsey, Jr. of the Fulton County Superior Court and the Honorable Jill A. Pryor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
