Miller & Martin Adds Kimberly Reeves as Litigation Associate

The firm welcomes Kimberly Reeves to the Atlanta office as an associate in the Litigation Department.
Ms. Reeves focuses her practice on commercial litigation including contract disputes, construction litigation, business torts and insurance litigation.
Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Ms. Reeves defended clients in civil claims including motor carrier liability, premises liability, negligent construction and dram shop cases and represented insurance carriers in coverage disputes. She also clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court handling bankruptcy matters, and assisting with adversary proceedings including real estate litigation, breach of contract claims, and other business torts, such as conversion, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of non-compete provisions. Ms. Reeves interned with the United States Trustee’s Office, a branch of the U.S. Department of Justice, while earning her J.D. from Georgia State University School of Law. The Georgia native is a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and the General Practice & Trial Law section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Ms. Reeves teaches Georgia Practice and Procedure as an adjunct professor at Georgia State University College of Law.
