    Heith Frost focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, handling business litigation and disputes arising out of contracts and transactions, trade secrets, products liability, transportation and construction matters. He also has experience in the areas of white collar criminal matters, government investigations and crisis management.

    A Chattanooga-area native, Mr. Frost received a B.S. from Berry College in 2005 and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2014. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Frost clerked for the Honorable S. Allan Alexander in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi and for the Honorable Travis R. McDonough in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

    Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Mr. Frost spent nearly a decade in the transportation and logistics industry, serving as vice president and owner in two local companies. Mr. Frost’s clients benefit from his business experience and first-hand knowledge of the operational challenges companies face, as well as his ability to issue-spot areas of legal risk and navigate disputes and litigation that arise.
