Lynzi Archibald Presents Fraud and Abuse Fundamentals at TBA 2021 Health Law Primer

Litigation attorney Lynzi Archibald will co-present "Fraud and Abuse Fundamentals" as part of the Tennessee Bar Association's 21st Annual Health Law Primer to be held virtually via Live Zoom Webinar on October 20, 2021, prior to the TBA's Health Law Forum. TBA's Health Law Primer is offered for newer health law practitioners and provides a general health law overview and discussion of hot topics by experienced healthcare leaders.  The "Fraud and Abuse Fundamentals" course will provide a general overview of the Federal False Claims Act, including its elements, potential damages and common defenses. A discussion of the usual parties and phases of False Claims Act litigation and unique procedure and practice issues will also be presented.
