Tennessee OSHA Electronic Reporting Appears to be Changing, Yet Again

Miller & Martin PLLC Blog | August 07, 2018

On July 30, 2018 OSHA issued a proposed rule related to the electronic reporting obligations for employers with 250 or more employees. In short, the proposed rule eliminates the submission of 300 and 301 forms each calendar year and instead requires only the 300A submission.

This does not mean these employers don’t need to maintain the 300 and 301 and 300A forms, just limits those that are reported electronically.

Stay tuned to see if the amended rule is adopted.
