    Jordan Scott is a litigation associate concentrating her practice in civil litigation. She provides legal counsel and represents clients in state and federal courts in commercial disputes, product liability matters, intellectual property cases, and appellate matters.

    She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Travis R. McDonough of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. While clerking, she worked on civil cases involving contract disputes, civil rights litigation, employment discrimination, and intellectual property matters, in addition to criminal proceedings.
