  • Overview

    Lucas ("Luke") Smith is a member in the Commercial Department and focuses his practice on the resort, hospitality and leisure industries.  He represents condominium, hotel, timeshare and fractional owners, operators, developers, management and exchange companies, and operators of travel, vacation, destination and other leisure-based clubs.  His experience includes acquisitions, finance, construction and renovation, management and franchising agreements in this area.  Luke, who is the Chair of the firm's Resort and Hospitality practice, is also a member of the Corporate and Real Estate groups and advises clients on transactions, general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, marketing and sales of consumer products, leasing and real estate matters.
