    Brent Howard, Chair of the Trusts, Estates & Wealth Management group, focuses on complex estate planning and administration, including plans with challenging family structures, business succession needs, international aspects, and transfer tax considerations. He advises clients on matters involving estate planning, estate administration, tax-exempt entities, transfer tax, business succession planning, and cross-border planning and administration. 

    Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Brent practiced in the trusts and estates group of a large global law firm and a national private wealth law firm.  Before becoming a lawyer, Brent was a control system technician, and he utilizes his processing skills to provide efficient legal services to his clients.
