Miller & Martin represented Exam Pros Inc. and Test Assured Inc., two affiliated companies under common ownership, in their sale to Career Certified, a platform company of Waud Capital. This acquisition bolsters Career Certified’s existing architecture, engineering, and construction market leadership in architecture exam preparation.
