Ian Quillen splits his practice between advising clients with respect to FDA-regulated drug products and complex construction disputes.
As a member of the firm’s Life Sciences practice group, Ian counsels clients about all facets of their FDA-regulated products. He provides pre-litigation advice on labeling, marketing and regulatory compliance issues to a variety of clients across the consumer healthcare spectrum. Ian also helps those same clients navigate litigation across the country.
When he puts on his construction hard hat, Ian advises owners and contractors alike about the complexities of state construction law and helps his clients achieve speedy outcomes when litigation arises.
