Peter is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Atlanta office who represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial disputes. His civil practice is focused on business litigation, and he frequently represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, indemnification, and business torts. He also specializes in qui tam litigation under the False Claims Act.
