Andrew Whitten is a litigation associate who represents public and private entities both large and small, as well as individuals, in state and federal courts and in arbitration. He has advised clients across industries and sectors, including construction and healthcare, on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters. His experience includes breach of contract disputes, construction defect and delay claims, healthcare litigation, and employment-related lawsuits such as discrimination, sexual harassment, workplace leave, and accommodation claims. Andrew also has experience representing clients before various regulatory bodies. In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew is experienced in contract drafting and negotiation.

Andrew earned his law degree cum laude from Belmont University College of Law. While in law school, he focused on the healthcare industry and earned a certificate in Health Law. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of one of the school’s journals and as Vice President of his school’s chapter of the American Constitution Society.
