Daniel Emil Lindberg Bang focuses his practice on international litigation, arbitration, and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions throughout the United States and in Denmark. He represents clients in complex commercial disputes and advises on sophisticated business transactions, bringing a practical, client-focused approach to matters involving multinational operations, legal strategy, negotiations, and risk management.

Mr. Bang has experience representing clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings in both the U.S. and Denmark. He also advises clients on U.S. and Danish corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters.

His transactional work includes drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including intellectual property, software and licensing agreements, master service agreements for renewable energy projects, supply agreements, and cross-border financing arrangements. He also leads and supports M&A transactions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bang manages and grows client relationships and works closely with attorneys and support teams to ensure efficient matter management and responsive, high-quality client service.

Mr. Bang is a licensed Denmark attorney and is admitted to appear before the Danish Appellate Court. He is also the newly elected President of the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce (DACC) Southeast.
