Miller & Martin is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our established and growing Real Estate Practice.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for developers, investors, lenders, and business clients while enjoying meaningful client contact, hands-on responsibility, and a collaborative team environment. Our attorneys are trusted advisors to clients across the Southeast, handling acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and complex commercial real estate matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Support commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction documents.
  • Work directly with clients and play a meaningful role in managing deals and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys across real estate, corporate, banking, and tax practices.

Candidate must possess a JD from an accredited law school and a strong academic record (Top 15% preferred).  The ability to work proactively, independently and demonstrate excellent analytical, writing, research and communication skills.  Strong attention to detail.  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Licensed in Tennessee and/or Georgia desired although candidates who are eligible and/or willing to become licensed in either Tennessee and/or Georgia will be considered.
