Miller & Martin advised SaaS.group, a company that generates leads and provides consulting and recruiting services for software and technology firms, in its acquisition of MyWorks, an eCommerce & accounting integration platform founded in 2015. MyWorks is known for helping WooCommerce stores by automating their accounting processes. The company also created WooCommerce Warehouses which assists users with โnative inventory management and order routing for multiple warehouses on WooCommerce.โย
