- Successfully defended a 5-time Grammy nominated multi-platinum mixer, writer, producer in a copyright infringement claim.
- Successfully secured summary judgment for 9-time Grammy-nominated artist for right of publicity claim brought by Grammy-award-winning artist.
- Successfully defended a Fortune 500 American media and streaming entertainment service company in copyright and trademark infringement case.
- Received summary judgment for music publishing company in defense of suit brought by an artist and royalties company alleging breach of contract based on failure to pay royalties.
- Obtained temporary injunctive relief and, later, summary judgment and a permanent injunction on behalf of a professional baseball franchise in litigation arising from Major League Baseballโs restructuring of the Minor League Baseball system. Engaged in ongoing representation of the franchise in a related intra-league dispute.
