    Hannah Coleman is an associate in the firm's Corporate department.  She focuses her practice on representing companies in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in various industries. In addition, Hannah advises on other general deal and non-deal related corporate matters, entity formation and governance, corporate reorganization, and other general business matters.

    Hannah also has experience in commercial real estate transactions.  Prior to joining the firm, she advised developers, sponsors, and investors on various legal and business issues related to the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets and portfolios. Her representation included structuring, negotiating and drafting partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, and other joint venture-related agreements documenting equity investments in all asset classes.
