Overview
Marcy Eason concentrates in the areas of civil litigation and has handled trials and appellate work in both federal and state courts. Marcy's areas of representation include product liability, financial institution, insurance coverage (insurance and bond) and several other areas. By Tennessee Supreme Court appointment, Marcy served a two-year term as Chair of the State Access to Justice Commission.

Experience
- Participated in successful prosecution of director and officer liability claims and fidelity bond claims in some of the largest bank failures of that time.
- Obtained multi-million-dollar settlement in 1990s for plaintiff landlord against a national retail chain.
- Has represented financial institutions successfully to dismissal in class action suits (both state and federal).
- Successfully obtained insurance coverage for claims in early stages of cyber security.
