Patrick Testa is a litigation attorney at Miller & Martin. His experience spans a variety of civil litigation matters including commercial litigation, construction litigation, business and contract disputes, labor and employment law issues, and land use and zoning disputes. He represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as in legal proceedings before various state agencies. Patrick is also experienced in representing clients in mediation and arbitration.

Prior to practicing law, Patrick served as an officer and naval aviator in the United States Marine Corps for over a decade, flying the MV-22B Osprey and other aircraft. Patrick continues to serve as a pilot in the Marine Corps Reserve.

During law school at the University of Georgia, Patrick served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and published work related to military law and the Fifth Amendment. He also spent three consecutive semesters working at UGA’s Veterans Legal Clinic for which he was recognized for his outstanding service assisting servicemembers and veterans with a variety of legal matters.

Patrick grew up in Marietta, Georgia, and currently lives in Atlanta with his wife Meghan.
