In a career devoted exclusively to the practice of commercial real estate law, Bob Goodman represents national, regional and local clients in a broad variety of complex transactions, including improved and unimproved property acquisitions and dispositions; office, industrial and retail leasing and “ground-up” development; long term ground leasing; interim, mezzanine and permanent secured lending; entity organization, joint venture structuring and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Although his practice primarily concerns southeastern United States property transactions, Bob has assisted developers, investors, landlords and tenants with regard to properties across the country.
