Kim is a master chef, and is always experimenting with new recipes. She and her husband love to entertain in their newly remodeled 1938 home, sharing stories and laughter with friends, and of course, Tennessee Football…..#GoVols!
Kim joined Miller & Martin in July, 2015 and works in the areas of real estate acquisitions and commercial finance. Kim routinely performs title and survey reviews, conducts courthouse research, drafts documents and coordinates real estate closings. She is known for her impeccable customer service, work ethic, communication skills and leadership. She conquers challenges that are presented to her and is always exploring new and innovative ways to resolve these challenges. Kim understands the balance of when and how to listen, with the appropriate action needed to get the job done efficiently and effectively. She is skilled at being in tune with diversity awareness and the needs of her clients.
