    Dave Hetzel is the Firm’s Executive Director with overall responsibility for finance, human resources, technology and related operations. Related operations include real estate and space management, office administration, contract negotiations and more.

  • Experience

    • 2003–2011 Kurt Salmon Associates. Chief Administrative Officer leading all global non-client facing functions including finance, technology, human resources, partnership matters, IT infrastructure, real estate, space management, travel, procurement, contract negotiations, corporate governance, legal and risk management. Managed due diligence and integration of mergers and acquisitions.  
    • 1978–2003 Arthur Andersen. Twenty-five years of experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in building, leading and managing operations including human resources, partnership/executive matters, finance, technology, administration and support services.
