Kane Shepherd serves as Of Counsel within Miller & Martin’s commercial group, concentrating his legal practice on real estate transactions. He collaborates with sellers and real estate developers throughout all phases of residential and commercial projects, providing guidance in planning, negotiating, and documenting transactions—including startup initiatives, complex arrangements, title examination, restructurings, financing, purchase and sale agreements, and office and industrial leases. Additionally, Kane has extensive experience handling commercial loan transactions for regional and local banking institutions and representing borrowers in such matters.

Kane previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Pamela A. Fleenor and the Honorable Jeffrey M. Atherton at the Hamilton County Chancery Court.
